WHAT A YEAR!
After years of contemplating maybe, someday, kinda, sorta launching a better-for-you food company, March 27th, 2023 marks the day I finally got out of my own way and put my dream into action. And what a year it has been!
Building Belly from the ground up has been the most exciting thing I've ever done. Interacting with customers, learning from other brands in the space, pitching our products to anyone who will listen. Falling down 700 times, learning to laugh at my mistakes and get right back up. Website building, ingredient sourcing, packaging design, content creation, recipe development (ok this part is actually super fun), LinkedIn stalking and everything in between. I can honestly say I've enjoyed every single minute.

2023 IN REVIEW
- Bundle Believers: 57% of you ordered the Belly Bundle! We know - decisions are hard. And I'm so excited the majority of our new customer's wanted to try all three products.
- Brunch, Brunch, Baby: Our top selling single SKU was our collagen pancake & waffle mix.
- Greetings from Florida: We had more orders from Florida than any other state! We get it, it's sunny in Florida. The sun makes you happy. Happy people like to bake! It's science.
- Where to Shop: We started out selling exclusively through our website but are now available on Amazon and Bubble Goods, with more ecommerce expansion coming in early 2024!
- Retail News! In December 2023 we launched in our first retailers! The biggest thank you to PopUp Grocer (NY) and Central Market (TX) for making room for Belly on their shelves! Stay tuned for more retail news, coming soon!

BRING ON 2024
I started Belly out of my own need for truly clean-label, convenient products. My own health issues, including learning to live with celiac disease and auto-immune disease throughout my childhood, teens and twenties has taught me so much about nutrition and how to live a healthier life through food. My biggest hope for 2024 is to share this knowledge and get Belly into the hands of others who need clean-label, gut-friendly, allergen-friendly options.
Not knowing what you can eat and feeling like you don't have safe options can be a lonely feeling. I get it, I've been there! With your continued support I am over-the-moon excited to keep growing this brand, expanding our offerings and making clean-label baking more convenient and delicious than ever!
