Made with Belly's Classic Banana Bread Mix, these muffins are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. But don't be fooled, they're every bit as sweet as an afternoon of cozy, fall baking. Wishing you a happy, healthy and delicious holiday season!!

What You'll Need:
- One bag of Belly's Classic Banana Bread Mix - Divided
- 1 Large Apple, peeled & diced into small squares
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 C Oil (we used avocado!)
- 1/3 C Milk (we used almond!)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1.5 TBSP butter (or oil for DF)
Instructions:
- Begin by preheating the oven to 350F
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the eggs, oil, milk, 1 tsp of cinnamon and diced apples. Stir to combine.
- Scoop 1/3 C of Belly's Banana Bread Mix and set aside for the crumble topping. Add the remaining mix to the bowl with the eggs, oil, milk and apples. Stir to combine.
- To make the crumble topping, in a separate mixing bowl, add the remaining 1/3 C of Belly's Banana Bread Mix, 1.5 TBSP of melted butter and remaining 1st of cinnamon. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the muffin batter to a greased muffin tin.
- Top each muffin with the crumble topping.
- Bake at 350F for ~20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
